Notes from a Hillside Farm; being Musings and Observations on Life, Letters, and our Most Holy Faith, by a Lawyer, Sheep- farmer, and Communicant of the Orthodox Church
Some we keep back as replacements in the flock, a few go to kids as 4-H projects, the rest go off to auction in Winchester, usually before one of the major Islamic holidays. We always hate to see them go, but that is a part of having a working farm.
