Notes from a Hillside Farm; being Musings and Observations on Life, Letters, and our Most Holy Faith, by a Lawyer, Sheep- farmer, and Communicant of the Orthodox Church

My apologies to those faithful few readers who have been stopping by this past month in the expectation of seeing new material.
When I wrote last it was the end of Summer. We are now well into Autumn; leaves beginning to turn and a noticible chill in the morning air. With the change in season, perhaps I can have a change in habit and return to daily updates. In the meantime, here is the view from our hillside farm on an October Sunday morning.

What a glorious view !
Gorgeous. Glad to see you back! Missed the landscape pics; you are truly blessed to live in such a vibrant corner of God's creation.
Thanks for coming by folks! We had an appraiser out recently who cited the view from the property as "average." Don't know whether he was led astray by the clouds covering the mountains, nearsighted, or just extremely jaded.
The views shown in your photos are truly beautiful. I could never describe them as average !
